Paintings are shipped unframed, to save you on shipping costs and allow you to choose your own frame. Original paintings are usually shipped flat with archival museum-quality mats (front and back) made from 100% cotton fibres and acid-free adhesive tape for hinging the front mat to the back. Original paintings are always carefully packaged and fully insured for shipping.
Gift wrapping is available upon request. Just send an e-mail to email@example.com with details.

If we are notified within 12 hours of an accidental, unintended purchase, we will refund you the full amount of your payment, including any shipping, handling, and tax surcharges. In the similarly unlikely event that you attempt to purchase and pay for a painting that has already been sold to another buyer, we will refund you the full amount of your payment, including any shipping, handling, and tax surcharges. Absolutely no refunds will be issued after items have been shipped.
While we make every attempt to carefully and responsibly package artwork and other purchased goods, we are only partially responsible for condition and delivery of purchased goods. For this reason, original paintings are shipped fully insured by Canada Post. Claims to Canada Post for damaged or lost goods must be claimed within 90 days of shipping. In such an event, we will make every attempt to work with you and Canada Post to obtain reimbursement for the damaged or lost item(s).
